WebMR15 is the highest requirement for an item, with the Aklex Prime. At 7 and 8 you seem to unlock a lot of stuff. I believe at MR5 you can unlock all planets. I'm at MR21 and I still spend probably an hour each day leveling stuff up. It's quick at Hydron on Sedna. You just kinda gotta balance getting Mastery Rank and using your good stuff.
