WebOct 14, 2024 · Hello! It seems the problem is that CLion installation path (C:\Users\в•ЁРЄв•Ёв–‘в•¤Рђв•Ёв••в•Ёв•ќ\AppData\Local\JetBrains\Toolbox\apps\CLion) contains non-latin symbols. WebWe are trying to install cygwin in our 64 bit-OS using 32 bit setup.exe since we have to support 32 bit machines as well in our product. In the installation process, after selecting required packages setup.exe is crashing saying setup.exe has stopped working. I looked into the log from /var/log/ folder and found the below error:

First things first: if you're using cygwin, you should use their terminal; waf found your visual C++ compiler (CL.exe), so it is trying to build for Windows. It won't work.
