I have tried to inject this DLL to the "testprogram.exe" (without change nothing) using cheat engine, extreme inject, etc.. with the some result "failed to inject". WebIt's probably also an anti-piracy/copy protection measure. Also, this means that the BL3 Hotfix Merger won't work, meaning that modding the game isn't possible until further notice (because mods are applied via hotfixes, meaning they require connectivity too, just like the hotfixes themselves).
